"Needs improvement and investment"
Has huge potential, but loads of glitches, mistakes, Bluetooth issues with cars, poor customer service, payment issues, incorrect charges. Have tried and tried to get them resolved but doesn’t ever seem to get fixed.. I’ve used Karshare for nearly 2-years and havnt seen an improvement..

"I drove perfectly and didn’t overspeed…"
I drove perfectly and didn’t overspeed at all, atleast according to waze. The score went down automatically to 30 at 8pm when i was on a highway with cruise control for last 20 minutes. I still drove as smoothly as i can and made it upto 62 by the end of travel. Please look into this because now I cannot rent any car because my score is low.

Straightforward simple to use app with clear instructions. Updates on when car is to be returned and where. Bluetooth connectivity is excellent. Deposit return very quickly.

"A broken headlight cost me £7491 a bill that can kill"
My experience is daunting and worrying and I don’t no where to turn I had a slight bump when travelling lesss than 5mp due to icy conditions where the car started to slide down a small hill int a parks vehicle the main damage was too the drivers from head light and wing. I attempted to contact the assistance however had no luck reporting this. So I decided to start a repair I replaced the wing and front bumper and had it repainted it was looking great the only thing that needed to
Be fixed was the headlight however even tho I had repeatedly
Extended this vehicle. Suddenly I was unable to the owner verbally agreed that I could keep the car for longer and he would speak to Kar Share to find out what the issue was so due to thinking I was uninsured vehicle at her friends house the next day. When I turned up, the car had gone. I was told that Kar Share had collected the vehicle. Without my knowledge I had nothing for three weeks. Then I received an email stating that I have breached my contract due to smoking in the vehicle did not and I do not smoke keeping the car past return date which was in process sorting. The issue agreed with the owner and apparently not be in the Driver at all times, even though my phone was the only phone with the app signed in and I believe only one form can be used, this was followed by a bill for damages stating that even though I had paid for the XS I was liable for the full amount totalling £7491 is included a light front bumper, offside wing and, four alloys?????
This is where this is unacceptable as when I picked up the vehicle or four alloys were already damaged before entering the vehicle or pictures and every single alloy on my phone and upload them to the app. However, I am being made to pay it with a very thoughtful timescale of seven days. This is a 2016 W4 series BMW. You could probably buy one secondhand for that price. If my contract wasn’t void I would’ve only had to pay the lowest excess amount.
One big query I have is that when I took his contract out the app, I noticed it stated that you cannot to rent a vehicle if you have oVer 3 points I was under an impression that I only had 3 points however 2weeks earlier 6 points were added to my license so I had a total of 9 points Even though this was the case Kar Share still verified my license unlike all other sharing platforms which I found out would turn down the application if you applied for this event. Should karshare be held liable as they did not do accurate checks?

Owners, be aware of renting your vehicle. If it does get damaged Karshare does not pay out, despite clear evidence.

"A £250 deposit is taken and kept by…"
A £250 deposit is taken and kept by this company for 7 days. I changed my payment method as a consequence but they still took the deposit from my current account without any warning or opportunity to discuss. I will not use again. EDIT: AFTER I changed the payment method to a credit card they STILL took the deposit from my current account without contacting me. I didn't 'misunderstand' or miss anything. Karshare on the other hand......
